Kelvin has flown the flock on loan initially for better quality football. Wilson has arguably been the best player for Notts in the past 2 years. After some splendid displays scouts from accross the country have come to see him play. Preston recently sold Chris Lucketti and so acted quickly to sign Wilson on loan and then permantely when his contract ends in the Summer.Kelvin said today that it was a move he couldn’t turn down. He is obviously an ambitious man and now he has the prospect of playing in the Premiership next season. Preston are currently in the playoff positions. Notts will recieve around a quarter of a million in the deal . Steve Thompson , the current Notts chairman told the press today that he didn’t want another Saul Deeney situation where Notts were left with alternative but to realease Saul. Notts will now be left with a massive gap in the back 4 for the match against Bristol Rovers.
