Notts County boss Martin Allen is in no doubt that some of the younger players at the club have a vast amount of raw talent, he has spoken about how impressed he is by them.
But the County boss has warned that if they want to make it big, they must continue to work as hard as possible to reap the benefits.
‘We have got five or six good young players. They are all cracking lads as well,’ he told the Nottingham Evening Post.
‘They are the future of this club and we are fast-tracking them behind the scenes.
Allen is one of those managers who is not afraid to give youth a chance if they work hard, he has given several Notts youngsters first team chances including his own son Charlie. And he wants to continue producing young talent at the club.
He added: ‘It will be great for our supporters to see some of our youth team players coming through this season, next season and beyond and I would love to see that too.’
