With four points from a possible six after two difficult away games Lincoln born Jamie Clapham is hoping next season will bring success.
The former Premiership player who had spells at Tottenham, Ipswich and Birmingham was speaking to the Official Site following the game at Sincil Bank.
‘We’re improving and getting there; I think that is clear to see,’ he said.
He went on to add ‘We’ve set a target of points we want to achieve between now and the end of the season and then next year we’re going to go for it.’
The 33 year old, once sold for £1.3 million in his career is certainly an optimist! Lets see who the Magpies can keep and who they can bring in during the summer to strengthen the squad before we get carried away.

Next year Rodney Etc. Etc.
