Derry Brings In Tyson

Notts County have today signed experienced striker Nathan Tyson on an initial one month loan deal.

The 31 year old striker joins us for the month from Blackpool and Derry clearly wishes to strengthen our goal scoring chances with a busy month ahead that will no doubt decide our league status for this season.

Tyson joined the lads for training today and will be in with a shot of making his debut when we face Leyton Orient at Meadow Lane on Saturday.

In his long career so far having come through the ranks at Reading, Tyson has gone on to play for a number of clubs and racked up over 250 starts in all competitions with a return of just under 100 goals so far, which we’d all no doubt like him to hit during his time with us.
