Will Sven sign former Portsmouth player Sol Campbell? Probably not is the answer to that question despite all the rumours on message boards and speculation rife amongst supporters.
Hull City manager Phil Brown is lining up a deal for the former England centre half and has been in talks with the player and his agent.
With Liverpool probably about to increase their offer for the highly rated Michael Turner Brown is looking for other options.
Talking to the Daily Mail Brown said: ‘I`ve had a good conversation with Sol. If someone is willing to meet our valuation of Michael, I will need a centre half.’
So the Tigers gain may be County’s loss? But was he ever realistically going to come to Meadow Lane, only Sven will know that!

It was great win for you yesterday. but is Sol Cambell the answer. You are trying to build a side that will take you eventually to the premier, if you start young then in a few seasons they will have matured better, rather than sign players who to be quite honest have seen better days.
You don’t want him anyway he’d sign for you and by Xmas be wearing a Forest shirt.
he wont join you am sure ,
Well he did. Good luck Sol, strange decision though.
i was wrong , good luck to him , but how will you afford his wages ,
Yes he is, but is he motivated, will he be able to cope with the fast and flowing football down here in the 2nd division?
NOW HE’S BLOODY GONE!!
