County captain Neal Bishop has been given the all clear after there were fears that he may have a broken bone in his foot.

The midfielder was ready for the worst as he waited on scans which determined that there was nothing wrong with his metatarsal in his right foot.

Bishop got into a clash with Yeovil`s Luke Ayling which left him needing stitches and starting fears about having a broken bone.

Allen told the Nottingham Evening Post: ‘Neal Bishop is 50-50 (for Orient), but he’s struggling.

‘He had an X-ray and there was good news because there is no bone damage in his foot.

‘He had to have stitches, but the cut and the blood are nothing. The bone bruising on the front of his foot is the problem because it’s tender.’
