A failing to control their players charge has lead to Notts County picking up a £3,750 fine from the Football Association.
The incident came about in the league one game with Scunthorpe which took place at Meadow Lane on November 26.
An appeal against the initial charge fell on deaf ears.
Scunthorpe had the same charge against them and pleaded guilty.
